April 26, Wuhu, China — Chery, in collaboration with the AiMOGA team, celebrated the global delivery of the first batch of 220 MOGA humanoid robots at Chery International’s campus. The event was witnessed by partners, international dealers, and media representatives from over 30 countries and regions, marking a major milestone in China’s humanoid robotics industry.

At the delivery ceremony, Zhang Guibing, General Manager of Chery International and Chairman of MOGA Robotics, introduced the robot’s real-world capabilities. Leveraging Chery’s strengths in assisted driving, intelligent cockpit systems, the CheryGPT large language model, and advanced sensors, the MOGA robot is now capable of performing interactive sales tasks such as customer greetings, model recommendations, and guided walkarounds in car dealerships. The robot has already been deployed at a 4S dealership in Malaysia, where a video showcasing it as a “sales assistant” earned enthusiastic applause during the event.

Zhang also unveiled the “Three-Stage Roadmap” for MOGA Robotics:

  1. Stage One – Deep integration in car dealerships to enhance customer interaction and transform automotive retail.

  2. Stage Two – Expansion into public service scenarios including malls and government service centers.

  3. Stage Three – Transition into household environments as an intelligent home companion.

While many humanoid robots worldwide remain in concept or small-batch custom stages, MOGA’s large-scale delivery demonstrates a new level of commercial readiness. Built with a “scenario-defined technology” approach, MOGA robots are developed specifically around practical application needs, making them more viable for real-world use cases compared to many of their global counterparts.

From its early deployment in Malaysian dealerships to this landmark global shipment, the MOGA robot is steadily executing its three-stage vision. Future rollouts will focus on accelerating deployments in public and domestic settings, bringing intelligent robotics closer to everyday life.
