DeepRobotics Launches Lynx M20: World’s First Medium-Sized Wheeled-Legged Robot for Extreme Terrain

On April 28, DeepRobotics officially launched the Lynx M20, the world’s first medium-sized wheeled-legged robot purpose-built for complex terrains and hazardous environments. Combining AI-driven mobility with industrial-grade durability, the Lynx M20 sets a new benchmark in intelligent robotics for real-world deployment.

Engineered for challenging field applications such as power inspection, emergency response, logistics, and research, the Lynx M20 autonomously adapts its posture to navigate rough mountain paths, muddy wetlands, narrow tunnels, and rubble-filled zones.

Weighing just 33kg, it is portable and agile enough for confined environments. It features a dual-mode limb system for seamless transitions between compact crawling and advanced stair climbing. With an IP66 protection rating, 96-line LiDAR, and operational stability in temperatures from -20°C to 55°C, the Lynx M20 thrives in demanding conditions.

Key capabilities include a 15kg load capacity (up to 50kg), 2.5 hours of continuous operation, 80cm step-climbing, swappable batteries, 360° sensing, and support for autonomous navigation and optional self-charging. Global pre-orders are now open.
