Wynca and the Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center have formed a strategic partnership to drive innovation in silicone-based materials for humanoid robots, targeting improvements in flexibility, sensing, and cost-effective industrial deployment.

Wynca (Zhejiang Xinan Chemical Group Co., Ltd.) has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center to advance collaboration in material R&D, industrial applications, and ecosystem development. This initiative aims to accelerate the integration of advanced materials into next-generation humanoid robots.
As one of the world’s top ten organosilicon producers, Wynca brings over 40 years of expertise in silicon-based material innovation. Its high-performance silicone products, known for flexibility, biocompatibility, and durability, are key to solving challenges in robotic bionic structures, soft interfaces, and complex working environments.
The Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, supported by local governments and industry leaders, focuses on critical technologies like robotic “brain systems” and integrated platforms. It has already achieved breakthroughs in motion control, perception, and system integration.
Through this partnership, Wynca will develop functional silicone rubber for robotic gripping and smart sensing. The goal is to create highly biomimetic, lightweight materials, and intelligent silicone with signal transmission capabilities for flexible touch applications.
Wynca has also delivered early-stage solutions in robotic bionic, control, drive, and power systems. The company plans to further invest in R&D to deliver high-end, integrated solutions and drive large-scale application of robotics in industries.
